Hi. We’re Victoria and Paula and when it comes to our love for our Nonna-inspired creations, we like to say, the olive didn’t fall far from the tree.

As far back as we can remember, delicious meals prepared with love by our beautiful Nonna, were just a natural part of our lives. No one could leave the table hungry. She made sure of that.

So when people ask us about the story of the Pasta Tavola business, it actually begins from there, because she instilled in us an appreciation for quality slow-cooked ingredients and simple food with uncompromising taste.

Simple meals made with quality ingredients that taste incredible are actually anything but simple. It takes an unwavering commitment to ensure only the finest Canadian-sourced ingredients go into every one of our ravioli and sauces. It’s how we feed our families, and it’s why we care about what is served at the dinner tables of all our customers.

Fast-forward to the summer of 2010 when we tried our hand at selling fresh pasta and sauces at farmer’s markets near our home in Belleville, Ontario. By that fall we had opened a retail store and commercial kitchen.
