This was the start of our creative dumpling making journey. It was our lunch one day – slow cooked pork belly on a bed of organic quinoa topped with fresh bok choy. We loved the combination of melt-in-your-mouth pork belly and flavourful quinoa soaked in the delicious, rich sauce and the refreshing bok choy. A light bulb went off – what if we put the whole dish in a dumpling?! Result? Mind-blowing overwhelming deliciousness.
