Pale pink with salmon tints. Very expressive nose of raspberry to jammy strawberry with a hint of rhubarb and mint, evocative of red-fruit ices and sorbets. All that’s missing from the palate is the sugar in this rounded, lingering and refreshing fruit coulis. A pleasant wine whatever the occasion.
