Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub & Guesthouses is committed to farm fresh local ingredients year round so that our guests can experience the magic of the Island and all that its regions have to offer.
We draw mineral water from a 225 foot deep well that tapped into an aquifer below the brewhouse. Carbonated in stainless steel tanks in the brewhouse, spinnakers produces the only sparkling mineral water in British Columbia.
Our handcrafted ales are brewed with the finest imported hops and grain, local ingredients such as farm fresh raspberries in our summer Raspberry Ale, locally grown old world grains for our King Tut’s Tipple, and ingredients from our travels around the world.
