Clever Mocktails
Clever Mocktails is the product of the imagination of friends who share a passion for cocktails and fine spirits. Like so many others who want to take better care of their health and avoid excesses, they began to watch their diet more carefully and decrease their alcohol consumption. In doing so, they realized that, while the selection of non-alcoholic beer was increasing and improving, nothing was being offered to cocktail fans.

In the fall of 2019, after doing some research, they began experimenting with their 20 liter still in the hopes of finding botanical infusions that could be used for cocktails able to face off against those of the greatest bartenders, minus the alcohol. The culmination of 12 months of research and development has led to the creation of the Clever line of mocktails. The secret of Clever resides in the choice of herbs and spices for each of the unique infusions that make up each mocktail.
