About the product
Local plant-based cheese creator, Allison Landin, of Truffula Modern Delicacies Cheese fame, creates a delicious decadent spread for all your spreadable cheese needs.

The original, plain and simple! The fermentation process creates a naturally tangy, cheese-like flavor. This is our most versatile cashew cheese - think cream cheese meets goat cheese - it can be spread or dalloped on just about anything! Delicious on bagels or pancakes. Add to pesto, dallop on salad, dip veggies, spread on sandwiches or wraps. Use in place of yogurt in curries.
