Robust and spicy, this crowd-pleaser doesn't disappoint. Big bold flavours of chilies, garlic, paprika & approachable heat level - this is how we reminisce of the salamis found in Spain or southern Italy. Each Salami ferments for 3 days and is dry-aged for up to 28 days in a temperature and humidity controlled Aging Room. Prepared using 153g of pork per 100g of finished product. The weight loss is a result of careful Dry-Aging. Enjoy!
