Our products are inspired by tradition and history; our company is driven by community and connection. John has Argentinian and Canadian roots, and spent his early years in Mexico. He comes from a family, both immediate and extended, that was always involved in butchering and curing meats in some way or another, and he brings his wanderlust and appreciation of traditional food preparation to our products. Angela grew up in Edmonton where she has been actively involved in the local community. She has a deep appreciation for the Canadian cultural mosaic and its unique stories - so many of which involve the food we eat. Food is an experience. Let's share it.
