Mullein is traditionally used as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints such as catarrh, coughs, and bronchitis.

Mullein has been used for centuries in the Western herbal tradition, especially for coughs but also for its ability to detoxify by way of the lymphatic channels. Mullein has antimicrobial properties that aid in the resolution of respiratory infections.

Herbalist Christopher Hobbs describes mullein as a “useful lymphatic cleanser” for skin problems like psoriasis.

St. Francis Herb Farm's Mullein tincture uses certified organic or wildcrafted herbs.

Directions:
Adults: Take 0.8-1.3 ml (25-40 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions:
Consult a health care practitioner is symptoms worsen or persist.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
