Kale n' Chard Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- one head of kale
- one head of chard
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 sticks celery
- 2 sticks carrots
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Directions:
1)Cut kale and chard into small pieces.
2)Dice onion, garlic, celery and carrots.
3)Put a soup pot onto stove top and heat to medium-high. Add oil, garlic and onion and saute until the sugars are released and onions are transparent.
4)Add chard and kale and cook until tender, then add carrots, celery.
5)When celery and carrots cooked to soft add stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
6)Taste the soup then and add salt and pepper to taste.
7)Next using a hand blender purée the soup to desired consistency.
