Mediterranean Balsamic Hummus

  • 2 cups of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 large pinch fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 cloves (tbsp) fresh garlic
  • pepper to taste

1)Combine all ingredients except olive oil in blender.
2)Slowly add olive oil until desired consistency is obtained. If extra liquid is needed, use water or slightly lemon-flavored water.
