Walnut and Blue Cheese Spread or Dip

- 2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 4oz (1/2 cup) crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine (optional)
1)If using a food processor, put walnuts in first, then Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 of the sour cream (briefly), followed by the rest of the ingredients.
2)Add the rest of the sour cream to taste and the wine for consistency balance.
