Grilled Salmon Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2-3 salmon fillets portions (approx 1/2 side)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cumin
- Juice from 1 lime
- 4 tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 jalapeƱo, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp salsa

Directions:
1)Mix garlic, oil, soy sauce, cumin and lime juice. Let salmon marinate in it for at least 10 minutes.
2)Grill salmon at about 450-500 degrees for 4-5 minutes on each side, until flaky throughout. Remove from grill and portion into bite sized pieces or simply flake the flesh.
3)Lay tortillas out and spread a little of the sauce on the bottom of each. Divide salmon to each of the tortillas and top with vegetables. Drizzle the remaining sauce over each tortilla and serve with a bit of lime for garnish.
