Mediterranean Balsamic Hummus

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 large pinch fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 cloves (tbsp) fresh garlic
- pepper to taste

Directions:
1)Combine all ingredients except olive oil in blender.
2)Slowly add olive oil until desired consistency is obtained. If extra liquid is needed, use water or slightly lemon-flavored water.
