Grilled Peppers and Beans Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 green peppers
- 1/4 lb green beans, trimmed
- 0.5 lb salad mix
- ground pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 red peppers, seeded and quartered
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- Salt to taste

Directions:
1)In a bowl, stir together soy sauce, honey, oil, garlic, and rice vinegar.
2)Combine red peppers, green beans, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet under a broiler and cook for 7-8 min., or until vegetables begin to char and soften.
3)Transfer to a bowl, pour the soy-honey vinaigrette over top and cover. Allow to cool to room temperature.
