Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 medium cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp fresh minced cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
1)Be sure to grate the orange zest before squeezing the orange.
2)Whisk all the ingredients together really well and drizzle over salad, being sure to coat well.
