Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- .75 lb apricots, pitted & quartered
- 1/2 red onion, coarsely diced
- 1/2 c raisins
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard seed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch cinnamon

Directions:
1)Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer uncovered for at least 1/2 an hour, no more than 1 hour, until juice has thickened to a light syrup.
