Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- dash of chili peppers
- 2 cups green beans, chopped
- 1 head of garlic, minced
- dash of cumin
- 6 yellow onions, diced
- 3 leeks, diced
- 1 whole celery, diced
- 1.5 lb carrots, diced
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 4 zucchini, diced
- 4 patty pan squash, diced
- 2 cups peas
- 12 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cans chick peas
- 1 bunch chard, shredded
- 1 bunch kale, shredded
- rosemary
- basil
- oregano

Directions:
1)Sauté onion, garlic, leek, chili & cumin in coconut oil until fragrant and translucent.
2)Add celery & carrot, and sauté until the celery shimmers. Add cauliflower and broccoli, stir well, cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
3)Add zucchini, patty pan, beans, peas, tomatoes & chickpeas. Stir well and cover for about 20 minutes.
4)Add kale, chard & herbs. Cover for another 10 minutes until greens wilt.
