- ground pepper
- 1 container of 2% Cottage Cheese
- Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1/2 cup seeded diced tomato
- 1/3 cup shredded carrot
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
