Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 10 yams, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
- 2 peppers, diced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 1/2 cups cooked millet
- 5 tablespoons tahini
- 1/3 cup tamari
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 clove garlic minced

Directions:
1)Place the yams in a large pot with 3 cups of water, and steam for 20 minutes or until soft.
2)Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the diced garlic, onions, celery peppers and carrots. Saute for 7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
3)Add all the seasonings.
4)Drain the yams and mash well. Add the millet, tahini and the seasoned sauteed vegetables, and mix well.
5)Preheat oven to 350 F. Oil a cookie sheet.
6)Drop the yam mixture by the tablespoonful onto the sheet, being careful not to flatten puffs. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. 7)Bake for 20 minutes.
