Pizza Dough Made Easy

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 1/3 c all-purpose flour

Directions:

1)In big bowl dissolve the yeast and brown sugar in water, let sit for 10 min.
2)Stir the salt and oil into the yeast solution. Mix in 2 1/2 cup of the flour.
3)Put on a floured surface and knead in more flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Place in a well oiled bowl, and cover with a cloth.
4)Let the dough rise until double (1 hour). Punch down the dough, and form a tight ball. Let sit 3 minutes before rolling out.
5)Preheat oven to 425 F. Lightly oil the pan, and let the dough rise for 20 min before topping and baking it.
6)Bake pizza in preheated oven, until the cheese and crust are golden brown, 15 - 20 min.
