  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 c fine sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 c fresh raspberries
  • 3 c fresh peaches
  • 1 c peach nectar
  • 1 c plain nonfat yogurt or soy

In blender process raspberries until smooth. Strain and discard seeds. Cover and refrigerate purée.

In blender process peaches and lemon juice until smooth. Transfer to a bowl; stir in nectar, yogurt, sugar (to taste) and almond extract. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

To garnish, drizzle with raspberry purée Use a toothpick or fork tong to draw lines across drizzle.
