Honey Lime Mangos Filet

Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice (about one lime)
- 4 sole filets
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 Tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 Mango, cored, peeled and sliced.

Directions:
1)Trim and lay flat 4 sole filets, season with salt and pepper.
2)Mix together lime juice, honey, basil and mango.
3)Cover and bake the fish just a few minutes or until flakes are at the thickest part of the fillet
4)Garnish with marinated mangos and serve.
