Ingredients:
- 1 -2 pints Strawberries
- sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- mint
- vanilla bean ice cream

Directions:
wash and quarter fresh ripe strawberries. toss in sugar until coated. pour in balsamic vinegar and mix until coated. Let marinate for two hours. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream (Shady Creek). Garnish with finely chopped mint
