  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 head of a large cabbage (3 cups shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 onion, diced

2)Reduce heat and simmer for one hour or more until vegetables are desired consistency.
3)Serve hot.
