Easy Brown Rice and Beans

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Brown rice
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 7 oz can red kidney beans (1/2 14 oz can), drained
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup chopped celery (1 stalk)
- 1/3 cup chopped onions (1/2 medium onion)
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper (1/2 medium)
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Dash of pepper

Directions:
1)Cook rice in water as you normally would.
2)In skillet cook chopped celery, onion, and green peppers over low heat for 10 minutes.
3)Add the drained beans, stewed tomatoes and seasoning.
4)Bring to a boil, and then simmer uncovered about 10 minutes. Add cooked rice and mix.
