Ingredients:
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2/4 Cup Cilantro
- 1 tbsp Grated Fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt

- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt

Directions:
Directions for making the Beef Skewers:
1)Halve the onion, place in a food processor and pulse for one second- 4 or 5 times. Add the remaining ingredients (saving 1/4 cup cilantro for the garlic sauce) and pulse for one second- 5 or 6 more times.
2)Scoop a handful of meat with your hands, shape into a sausage shape around the skewer. Place the skewers on a broiling pan and broil on high, 2 inches from the heating element, until browned on one side (about 4 min.) Turn and broil the other side until browned. Makes 6 skewers.
Directions for the Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
1)Combine the finely minced garlic, and the remaining cilantro with the yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste.
