Sweet Apple Crunch

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced or diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

1) In a frying pan, stir oats with coconut oil, cinnamon, sunflower seeds, and maple syrup until golden brown.
2) Add apple to the warm mixture.
3) Let stand and cool, then pour in the almond milk!
