Zesty Garlic Spread

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed (or 4 tbsp ground)
- 1 sprig oregano, leaves only, minced
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 2 dashes paprika
- 1 good pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, dribbled about

Directions:
1)Mix all the ingredients into the butter until evenly distributed, let it sit for at least 20 minutes and use it as you would garlic butter (spread amply on bread).
2)Adding the paprika and the vinegar at the end - quickly and gently stir them in - will keep the butter from turning a different hue.
