Lemon Yogurt Baked French Toast (with Blueberry Syrup)

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 8 slices bread
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup lemon yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla, optional

Directions:
Generously butter the bottom of a baking dish (one that is large enough to hold the bread slices) - melting the butter is an easy way to do it. Lay the bread slices in the pan.
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over the bread and let sit, covered, in the fridge over night for the best results (or at least for one hour).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake, uncovered for 40 minutes. Serve 2 slices per person.
This is accented perfectly with Blueberry Syrup. (bring 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1.5 cups blueberries to a boil for 2-3 minutes, then pour into a new container to cool. Voila!)
