Walnut, Blue Cheese & Port Butter

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound (16 oz) blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup port wine
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
