Creamy Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1 tbsp garlic (crushed, granules or powder)
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water

Directions:
1)Add coconut milk, butter and spices. Bring to a light boil, stirring gently. Add cheese and quickly mix.
2)Remove from heat. Add cornstarch and water mixture and stir.
3)Return to heat, stirring constantly. Heat until 10 seconds after the first bubbles begin to form, then remove or turn heat to minimum.
