Roasted Honey Garlic Grilling Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup honey
- 1 head of garlic, roasted
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp diced (or powdered) ginger
- 2 inch sprig of fresh rosemary

Directions:
1)To roast garlic, cut thick end about 1/4 inch in to expose all cloves. Wrap in tin foil, drizzle with olive oil and top with ground pepper and rosemary. Place root end back on and close tin foil around it. Cook for approx. 40 minutes at about 400 degrees, in oven or on grill (grill will be faster).
2)Remove garlic cloves from papery exterior and mash or finely dice. Mix with all other ingredients except honey and rosemary.
3)Once evenly mixed, add honey and mix again. When blended, add rosemary and let sit.
