Grilled Turkey Pesto Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread or 2 buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 handful baby spinach
- Mashed Yams
- 2-3 tbsp pesto
- 2 generous tsp cranberry sauce
- ground black pepper
- 2 servings thinly sliced turkey

Directions:
1)Heat up your cooking appliance of choice, Medium to Med-High.
2)On the inside of the sandwich, spread pesto on one piece of bread and the yams, spinach and tomatoes on the other. On the pesto side, place the turkey and grind some pepper over that.
3)Place the sandwich on or in your heated cooking appliance. Grill until toasty and warm.
