Directions:
1)Slice turnips into 1 cm thick rounds. Cut peel from rounds and discard. Slice rounds into bite-size sticks.
2)In a saucepan, combine turnip with apple juice and oil.
3)Boil gently until turnips are tender and most of the liquid is evaporated, about 25 minutes.
