Directions:

Cook bacon to your liking. Pat dry and let cool on paper towel to remove excess oil.

Cover a baking tray with wax paper or parchment paper.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate with spices, stirring constantly. Holding one end of the bacon - and carefully avoiding contact with the chocolate - dip the bacon in the chocolate, covering it at least half way (the more the merrier, but to your liking). Place dipped bacon on wax paper and let cool.

Once all the bacon has been dipped, place tray in fridge or freezer to solidify the chocolate.

Store bacon, covered (in Tupperware is the best way), in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.

Best served at room temperature, so allow time to sit in the room before serving.
