Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
1)Add oil to skillet and over medium-high heat, sauté onion and garlic until tender.
2)Stir in herbs, salt and pepper; cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to low, add tomatoes, and cook, stirring occasionally for approximately 10 minutes.
