Grilled Salmon with Lemon & Honey

Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley
- Dash of Salt

Directions:
1)Rinse salmon fillet and place in a dish, skin side down. Sprinkle lemon juice evenly over surface.
2)Spread pressed garlic and ginger over the fillet, rubbing it into the fish with your fingers. Drizzle honey over it and allow it to marinate outside the refrigerator for a half hour to allow the fish to come to near room temperature before cooking. If it is longer than that before you cook the salmon, refrigerate it.
3)Cook over a hot grill, skin side down for 8-10 minutes, without turning. Brush on more honey during cooking to glaze the surface.
4)Place onto a serving platter and garnish with parsley.
