Vegan Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients:
- 2 large avocados (or 3 small)
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- ¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
A raw dish so that none of the nutrients are lost, there is no avocado flavour in this dish - the avocados simply lend their creaminess!
Mash avocado until smooth (fork, spatula or blender), mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
This also works with a banana in place of one of the avocados.
