Directions:
1. Prepare water for pasta, as per package instructions. Get ready to put the pasta in while doing the next step.
2. Heat oil in a large saucepan over med-high heat. Add onions and cook for 2 min, stirring randomly. Increase heat to 3/4 full and add mushrooms, cooking for another 3 minutes, then add sausages and peppers and cook until sausages are nicely browned on all sides. They should be almost totally cooked by this point.
3. The pasta should be ready by now. strain it out and stir with some oil so it doesn't stick together.
4. Reduce heat to med-low and pour in sauce. Stir to mix thoroughly and let sauce heat for 5-10 minutes. When warm, serve with pasta and garnish with Parmesan.
(5. If making garlic bread to accompany this, preheat oven to 375 degrees at the beginning and place the garlic bread, wrapped in aluminum foil, in about when you drain the pasta.)
