Grilled Panini

Ingredients:
- 4 slices bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tomato, cored and sliced
- 1 handful of arugula
- 2-4 dashes paprika
- coconut oil
- 6 slices cooked bacon

Directions:
1)Heat panini grill, or grilling pan.
2)Lightly spread coconut oil on slices of bread with tomatoes, arugula, bacon, avocado and paprika.
3)Close the sandwiches and cook until nicely browned, about 5-8 minutes. Turn once if grilling in a pan.
