Picnic Peach Salsa

Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp lime juice
- a pinch of sea salt (to taste, optional)

Directions:
1)Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except the salt.
2)Let sit for at least 10 minutes, then taste. It is better to let it sit for over an hour before serving. Add a pinch of salt a few minutes before serving and mix well.
