Creamy Peach and Almond Butter Crumble

Ingredients:
- Filling:
- 6 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 large tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Before starting anything, warm the butter and the almond butter and stir to combine, then place in fridge.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat cream cheese in microwave to soften. Mix with sour cream and brown sugar and cinnamon.
Place peaches in baking dish and cover with cream cheese mixture.
Mix all dry toppings in a bowl. Cut in the butters mixture and mix until it all resembles crumbs.
Top peaches and creams with crisp mixture. Bake in oven for 45 minutes, checking after 30 for doneness.
If desired, replace oats with equal amounts of flour.
