Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 3 tbsp ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary
- 2-3 cloves crushed Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
