Decadent Dark Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar or sweetener
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 cup strong black coffee, cooled
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13- inch pan or two 9-inch layer pans.
Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together. Create a small depression in the dry ingredients, pour in the wet, and mix until smooth. The batter will be very thin. Pour into pan(s).
Bake 350°F for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Allow cake to cool before frosting or serving.
