Honey Citrus Glazed Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup diced or balled melons
- 1/2 cup grapes
- salad greens for 6 people

Directions:
1)In a small pan over medium heat, warm honey with lemon & lime. Try adding a little zest if you want. When honey begins to bubble, let reduce for about 5 minutes, stirring repeatedly. Remove from heat and let cool.
2)In a large bowl, mix fruit selection.
3)Pour 1/2 to 2/3 of the glaze over fruit, stirring to combine. Pour the other half over the salad greens, mix quickly, and portion.
