Tortellini Dinner in a Flash

Ingredients:
- 1 pack fresh (or frozen) tortellini
- 1 jar of your favourite pasta sauce
- 4 thick slices artisan loaf
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- pinch paprika
- salad greens
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1/2 pepper, chopped
- a few slices cucumber
- salad dressing
- salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Bring a large pot of water (with a little bit of olive oil in it, if desired) to a boil over medium-high heat and preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Soften butter in microwave. Stir in garlic, lemon juice and paprika. A little Parmesan is nice, too. Spread on bread, press slices together and wrap in foil. Place in oven for 20 minutes.
Heat sauce in saucepan over medium heat. Add bacon, mushrooms, green onions, or whatever you might desire.
Place pasta in boiling water. Cook for 7-10 minutes, until desired tenderness is reached.
While all is warming and cooking, create salads in small bowls. Wash and chop your favourite veggies and top with a tasty dressing.
Once cooked, drain pasta and mix or top with sauce. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
