Garlic Aioli

Ingredients:
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced parsley or cilantro
  • 1 tsp minced green onion or chives
  • 1 tsp minced fresh basil (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp dijon
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

Directions:

1)Combine all ingredients except for oil in a food processor and blend to combine.
2)Add oil in a slow stream while blending, until desired consistency is reached.
