Garlic Aioli

Ingredients:
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 large egg
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced parsley or cilantro
- 1 tsp minced green onion or chives
- 1 tsp minced fresh basil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp dijon
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup coconut oil

Directions:
1)Combine all ingredients except for oil in a food processor and blend to combine.
2)Add oil in a slow stream while blending, until desired consistency is reached.
