Roasted Garlic and Chantrelle Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 bulb roasted garlic
- 1/3 red onion, sliced or diced
- 6 oz chantrelle mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- ground pepper

Directions:
1) Turn oven temperature to 450, place garlic bulb in tin foil and heat for 10-30 minutes - it should have a sweet smell to it and be soft. Let cool
2)Heat coconut oil over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms with a little pepper, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes so mushrooms have softened and are pretty much cooked. Remove from heat.
3)Spread pizza sauce over crust. Place garlic cloves, onions and sautéed mushrooms around the pizza and top with cheese. Place pizza on stone in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes (depending on oven). Check after 12 minutes for doneness.
