Ingredients:
- 4 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 large cucumber
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp chopped dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
1)Stir yogurt with lemon juice, olive oil in a bowl. Add herbs and spices, stir to blend.
2)Stir in cucumber and thin with cucumber juice to near your desired consistency. Leaving it just a little thicker than you are aiming for will settle to what you actually want.
3)Let sit in the fridge to chill.
